Hey gorgeous girls.
I went shopping yesterday to look for some new heels. I am about 5ft9/10, and so is my boyfriend. There are some gorgeous heels around but I feel like a bit of a drag queen wearing them! Does anyone know if there are any stores/websites dedicated to girls like me? (preferably UK based?)

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I simply don't feel comfortable towering over other people :( so I just don't wear high heels. (My BF and I are both about 5'10" as well!) 1/2-inch heels or kitten heels are a good compromise because they add a little bit of class without adding too much height.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with any UK based stores though :(
I feel the same way, but just do it. While I'm not too fond of the show (even though it sucks me in anyway), Jenni from Jersey Shore is tall and she wears heels all the time, and she doesn't look out of place, I think she's gorgeous.

Ahhh okay that makes sense. I'm sort of tall too (5'8") and really thin so its makes me look even taller/longer so I am hesitant to wear them too but they're just so pretty how can I not?
Also I don't wear them often at all so when I do its like a 'special occasion' type thing so I don't feel as bad about. We cant help it that we're so tall :D A lot of people would want that.
I am thin too, so I become stretched out! I know, all my friends do say that they'd wish to have my height/legs etc, but I do feel very out of place!
Me too I always feel like people are secretly thinking 'You're already why are you wearing heels??!!' But whatever right? :)
if you feel like a drag queen wearing heels, then most likely all heels will make you feel like a drag queen. i'm tall, and i just decided that i don't give a fuck.
i recommend not giving a fuck! so many people are definitely jealous of you! and heels are just heels. you will be tall with or without them. huzzah!
Hurray for not giving a fuck! I like my high heels and I will wear them whenever I feel like it!
