This is my first time posting to xxfitness. I looked at the regular r/fitness but a lot of it was about men putting on bulk!

I have been going to the gym since Oct 12, and usually go to 2/3 classes a week. I prefer classes to the machines as I feel its more fun. I usually do spin, body conditioning, total body workout, pump, etc.

Nothing I do can help shift my middle though! I'm 23, 5ft9 and used to weigh around 9st3lb, yet in the last year I've gone up to about 9st13lb, with all the weight on my hips and tummy. What are the best ways to rid this?!

22 yo female graduate looking to spread her wings and move to the big city.

Have undergone work experience at advertising production agencies and marketing agencies. Ideally looking to start as a runner and work my way up.

Extremely confident presentation skills and does not shy away from any task.

For my friends annual memorial, his family are putting on a party whereby everyone is going to wear a different sporting top (not quite fancy dress). I wanted to wear something a little different, as everyone is going to be wearing Football (soccer) or Rugby tops, etc.

If anyone has any old/out of season Jerseys and want's to get rid of them, that would be amazing. Baseball isn't a huge sport over here so it wouldn't matter if it was an old one.

I can send you some lovely snacks from the UK, or anything else you've had your eye on.

I would ideally like it before 23rd June.

I've not used this subreddit before, but I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'd like to get my boyfriend the Frank151 MF Doom edition of the book. He is a HUGE fan but unfortunately it can't be shipped to the UK. I'd like to get it for his birthday and to make him a very happy boy.

It isn't released until early June, but I'd more than willing to pre-pay, and pay any other expenses that are needed.

I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to (or may not have looked very hard).

If we assume that The Office is a documentary that is aired on TV and the characters watch the show, how come Roy never knew that Pam and Jim kissed? I mean if you were on TV you would watch yourself wouldn't you?

Just watching the second Christmas special of the UK version on the telly, and there is a moment when a man introduces David as "From TV's "The Office", David Brent!" (or something along those lines..)

I went shopping yesterday to look for some new heels. I am about 5ft9/10, and so is my boyfriend. There are some gorgeous heels around but I feel like a bit of a drag queen wearing them! Does anyone know if there are any stores/websites dedicated to girls like me? (preferably UK based?)

I've just finished university and I'm looking for something fun to do. The company I'm working at has announced that it's closing in February, so I thought what better time to do something different.

My step-father part owns a business in New Orleans that he suggested I go work at for a little while.

Any advice for a 22 year old girl coming to stay for a while? Are you all friendly and lovely?
