Killing Rom before Amelia (minor spoilers)

I used the wolf gate glitch in front of Iosefka's clinic, and got access to Forbidden Woods right away. My question is, since Amelia makes it nighttime and Rom makes it bloodmoon time, if I kill them out of order, will I basically ruin my game since I won't be able to get out of bloodmoon?
