How long should interview answers be?
I'm prepping for McMaster and we've got 8 min per MMI station. What would you guys recommend? 3 min? 5 min? Depends on the Q?

Related question: If your answers tend to be on the short side (3-4 minutes), how often is it that there will be enough follow up questions to fill the time?
I'm worried about having to sit there in awkward silence at the end.
