This looks like an extremely important and valuable study but which will also attract a lot of political talk about whether the UK are trying to push mixed-vaccine strategies for nefarious reasons.
Personally I am happy to see it, although with only 820 people and also trying to cover 21-day and 12-week schedules I presume most of the info will be from the antibody measurements rather than whether anyone catches COVID.

What the fuck does "push mixed-vaccine strategies for nefarious reasons" even mean?
There is a lot of briefing that using two different vaccines would be bad.
