Okay so basically I won the dr1 Indy car from the lucky wheel months ago and recently I bought a new car but I didn’t have any storage so I decided to take out the dr1 and then purchase the new car and then purchased a new garage but for someone reason it won’t go into the garage at all there are no cars in the garage as I just bought it and it won’t even go into my facility. anything helps

Do you still have the car though? If you do try re-insure it etc at LSC and see if it will let you drive it in the empty garage after that.

When you took the DR1 out and bought the new car, did you have the new car replace the DR1 in that original garage?

Pretty sure that's your issue. Typically when you buy a new car and have it replace an old one, the old one is deleted. Since you had it out at the time you chose to replace it, the game is now saying that you no longer own the vehicle so the one you had out technically isn't yours anymore.
A warning will pop up asking if you want to move your car, but sometimes it says replace if you don’t have space. As the above post says, I think you may have deleted it.
To my understanding, the option to move cars only comes up if they are cars that you already own in separate garages. If you take one to one garage, you can select a car in that garage to be moved to the other one. Purchased vehicles and ones won on the podium will delete the previous vehicle if you choose to replace it.
