I’m curious as to if it’s hard or easy to replace a fuel pump on a 2005 Mazda rx8?

Okay so basically I won the dr1 Indy car from the lucky wheel months ago and recently I bought a new car but I didn’t have any storage so I decided to take out the dr1 and then purchase the new car and then purchased a new garage but for someone reason it won’t go into the garage at all there are no cars in the garage as I just bought it and it won’t even go into my facility. anything helps

Does anyone know what the loudest exhaust system and or muffler that I can get that doesn’t exceed 95 decibels?

Me and my dad have been going back and forth with wether 30 year old cars are exempt from smog or if it’s for cars from 1975 or older.
