Is this cut ok to use?
This is my old Belknap hatchet head. I bought this Brufer handle on line but the cut is off center and a bit crooked. It's a decent handle other than that. This is my first time re-hanging anything. Other than it not looking perfect, is this OK to use as it is, or should I fill in the cut and re-cut it myself? Or?

It's not great, but should be okay.
