Edit: 566 lines seems really long ... my own dnsmasq.conf is just one line (it includes /etc/dnsmasq.d). The actual settings are in 01-pihole.conf, and that is just 48 lines, including comments. Not sure if you heavily customized the file, or maybe it's corrupt?
You should login with ssh and enter the command I gave you. If it returns cache-size = <some number> (default is 10000) TWICE, then edit the 01-pihole.conf file and remove the cache-size setting on line 566.
nano /etc/dnsmasq.d/01-pihole.conf
Edit it, then do Ctrl-X and answer yes to save the file.
What is the specific error you are seeing?
Exit error on line 566 in dnsmasq.conf, that line is the cachesize. Illegal repeated word is what it is saying.
Then it's likely that the cachesize directive is present twice in your file. Do the following to confirm:
cat /etc/dnsmasq.d/01-pihole.conf | grep cache-size

HTH
Should I remove the cache size from the pihole so that dnsmasq conf runs?

What is the complete path and name to the file where you are seeing 566 lines?
