Looking for Empire building like EU4 with heavy emphasis on economics. I have played Rimworld, Going Medieval, EU4, CK2, CK3, M&B 1, Northgrad, Factorio, Prison Architect, Software Inc, Kingdom and Castles, Frostpunk, space haven.

So I am looking to see of I should just upgrade my Dell7610 to a rosewill 12u HS case with the 2x2630 v2's upgraded to 2697 v2's with the current 96Gb of ram OR Sell the T7610 and start aquiring dell optiplex 7040's with 4-c i7 and 16gb of ram. Im thinking just upgrade the 7610 but want to here some thoughts.

Hyper V manager no longer saves server details. I have to manually input path and credentials to connect everytime I close out of hyper v manager. Is this new?

I have the gold but it just won't allow purchase. It starts the purchase then nothing. I have reset the game and reinstalled. I could have sworn this was a bug a while back. Any fix?
