I have the same problem on my ps4 too, but I also got NP-31805-7 error code when I tried moving save files to cloud incase I get a corrupted save, so it's probably a problem on the server side.

There is a lot of issues being reported here about connection problems on PSN, not just with Bloodborne. I keep losing connection in any online game i try for the past two days. And also can't upload saves to the cloud. My brothers are having the same issues, on PS4 in different places and different internet connections. Something is definetly happing with PSN right now.

I mean I may be wrong but there's a system message saying they are going to do maintenance next week give or take so I just figured they probably had to shut them down early.
