What about a mini-fridge? I saw you said mini coolers aren’t cold enough but I just looked up a mini-fridge and it’s between 35-42 f, seems like the perfect range
adding onto this, you might consider getting a ‘skincare’ fridge! basically it’s just a mini mini fridge. I suggest it since it can be connected to a variety of outlets, not just a wall.
Yes, if you can use a car and have power you can get a mini fridge pretty cheap, you'll even have some extra room for food and drinks.
Most mini fridges say that, but they dont do that at summer outside temperature. Thanks for the help tho!
(copypaste) I think I might have found a solution in the meantime, there are some kind of small insulin coolers that keep those temperatures and can run on power or battery. I will experiment with them, and hope I find one that works until summer. Thanks for all the help <3!
Do you mind if I ask what the medication is? Some drugs (insulin, for example) have recommended temperature ranges, but molecular degradation won't occur for several weeks outside of the holding range.
It are growth hormones. If you know stuff about them, let me know! And just to inform you:

Absolutely, there are some really effective medical cooling units. It's a little pricey, but I would recommend the one in the link below. You could also try talking to his endocrinologist. They often have units that are willing to lend out for occasions such as this! https://homecarewholesale.com/products/portable-medicine-refrigerator?variant=32054698934366&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Google%20Shopping¤cy=USD&gclid=CjwKCAiA1eKBBhBZEiwAX3gql_Nt_nwOcM8HbaughmW2okz0p61OZakBKC40r7ILpcBL19Sait9W1xoCL6AQAvD_BwE
You're also a great sibling for putting this effort into helping your brother. Medical problems can feel really restrictive, and overcoming barriers like this is really empowering. Spoken from experience. It is really cool that you're being so supportive.
You could get a small gas generator and use it to power a mini fridge. You can chill the meds with cold packs in the car, and set up the generator when you get there. Warning that some areas are high fire warnings, so you can't bring generators into high fire risk areas. Other options would be a large cooler with tons of ice, or looking online for a car fridge. Maybe a solar battery, could charge up to last the night
I wouldn't even need a gas generator, I have a power outlet xD. Surely this would work, and if my other plan fails, I will come back to portable refrigeators. Appreciate the help! But for now:

Maybe you can check with your local pharmacy and see if they have any ice packs left over? I work in a pharmacy and we keep some from medications deliveries in the fridge for patients who travel a ways home to keep their meds cold. Maybe you can speak with them and see if they have any solutions on top of the ice packs to help you keep the med cold!
Well, solutions like dry ice or normal ice don't really work for this. Trust me, over the course of all the years my family tried them all. But what I found:

There are portable coolers for sale like this one: https://www.bol.com/nl/p/spal-24-volt-persoonlijke-bar-koelbox-3-c-warme-box-70-c-6-ltr-capaciteit/9300000008373377/ Has a plug for car or regular power, cools to 3 degrees celsius.
Thanks, will keep it in mind.

Are you certain that the camp has no refrigeration available? I worked at a camp once that had a medical office for things like this that had a refrigerator/freezer. I think there was something similar when I was a scout myself (though I can't remember). This was not available for food, only medicine.
I would call the camp to be certain, since refrigerated meds aren't uncommon these days.
I am sure that no refrigeator will be available. Thanks for the try, but it sadly does not work.
