I need to do something with bluetooth, but I am absolutely lost with that. I am looking for a subreddit where I can find people that could write a basic script for me.

I'd like to simulate a bluetooth device with my computer which I can connect my phone to. I tried doing it myself for hours, but I didn't manage to complete anything in the end. The thing is, I am no programmer, just a normal teen trying to do it with the help of the internet.
Now, it's your turn. Is it possible to simulate a device which:
- I can connect to with my phone
- Gets displayed as an article of a certain manufacturer if I have their UUID or something (idk, I am no programmer, but I found a documentation of the device)
- Can receive a Command and return something, in the style:
Battery;
95;- Do this in a way which I can see and influence
I promise, this is for no

Hey Guys, so:
I have a little brother, right now he is 12 years old. We are both part of the local scout group, and this summer, my brother will go to a 2-week camp. Now, here's the problem:
He has to take daily doses of a medicament that has to be kept at 2-8°C (35.6-46.4°F). It is not much, a case not bigger than a shoe. But normally, there is no fridge in the camp, groceries etc. are bought fresh. Normal minibars and cooling cases from the internet we tried don't reach under 12°C (53.6°F).
We are aware that we can try to get a restaurant etc. to store it for us. But this solution is highly dependant on things we can't control, so I strongly dislike it. What I can say for sure is that

Hey there, its me again. I made a little graph to visualize the meta, hope you enjoy!
How to read: X-axis shows playrate on a logarithmic scale, Y-axis winrate. Size of circles shows change in winrate since last patch.
^(Note that the winrate average is around 51.5% since I only take into account plat+ games.)
[Toplane meta looks really diversified. Some niche picks (top left) are hitting stats that are not healthy, but as I said, niche picks. On the side of >1% playrate, no big changes happened. On the nichepick side, ASol is going nuts, but... Who plays ASol anyways?](https://preview.redd.it/r8v9pjd2ovf61.png?width=1404&format=png&auto=webp&s=26674024d949324
