Just something I wanna share
Something that I thought off which brought me a bit of joy. Hex Vision, although created by Wanda, does not follow all her whims and wishes. He confronts Wanda for her wrongdoing and actually tries to save the people of WestView. He is by all definition as much of a hero as OG Vision. Maybe it's not the same Vision but it's the Vision that fell in love with Wanda and the Vision who was willing to sacrifice his life in Infinity War. And I think it's so sweet and endearing that Wanda remembers him this way.

They kinda gloss over the mind stone aspect and I don’t think it came up at all that Vision also came from it, but that’s what it looked like when she was making her own version, like something to do with the mind stone
another theory of mine is that, the mind stone is an AI in itself right? So when it saw Wanda, it realized that she can store so much power, it actually backed itself up inside her. So Like from Wanda the Mind Stone v2 came out with Wanda's Vision
Or at the very least, the conscious version of Vision is stored there, and why she couldn’t feel it in Visions physical body on the slab. She’s got it inside her on a cosmic level and will simply fill in the white Sword Vision with his true self

Idk it’s still certainly possible. A few things Agnes mentioned really seemed to harp on this degree of necromancy being really intense and out there, and going back to the scene with the dog and I believe a line in this episode, Wanda isn’t exactly interested in pushing her powers to full on resurrection, like that’s not a line she’s willing to even accept her ability to cross.
It could be that Vision stays dead as a way of helping Wanda truly move on and cope and heal, but then again losing Vision in the MCU isn’t cool, even if nothing ever needs to be permanent lol who knows what kind of status of hers would most facilitate the next couple movies which she’s going to have a minor role in, tho. Being happily married vs emotionally recovering bring different energies
