His facial expressions and physical acting were great in this episode. You can see the anger, surprise, and despair without dialogue—a mark of a great actor.
Something that I thought off which brought me a bit of joy. Hex Vision, although created by Wanda, does not follow all her whims and wishes. He confronts Wanda for her wrongdoing and actually tries to save the people of WestView. He is by all definition as much of a hero as OG Vision. Maybe it's not the same Vision but it's the Vision that fell in love with Wanda and the Vision who was willing to sacrifice his life in Infinity War. And I think it's so sweet and endearing that Wanda remembers him this way.
During the Beach executives meeting, Mira talked about bringing people to sacrifice during hearts games. She argues that this is a sure way to win hearts game. And Hatter entertained the idea.
Later on, we see hatter go with some unknowns into a game. Then they were no where to be found afterwards.
So you know, did he ...?
I'm rewatching the show and I keep stumbling on little details I missed on first watch. This one caught my eye in particular.
How does the facial recognition work on him? 😅
Do you think the animators know the ending of the manga?
If only Sam let Dean use the shuriken he wouldn't have died.
P.S. I can't believe it's over. And I'm sad.
With ATLA, it felt like a complete story after season 3. Aang was The Avatar.
But with TLoK it feels like Korra was just getting started. And we’ll never see how great of an Avatar she can be.
I know, I know we still have the comics. And I’m grateful for it. But frankly it’s not enough. The comic trilogies go too quick. They should make like 20 issue thing. Having only 3 issues seems to rush the story and impede us from getting to know the characters.
I just wished people would’ve shown more love to TLok when it was airing (as they should). We could’ve gotten more.
I'm loving season 2 so far. But I hope Hughie VS A-Train storyline is not done yet.
