Our Last Day (A poem inspired by the Stock Market)
When our last day comes I’ll feel at ease
Blissful peace over deeds I’ve done
For right or wrong I played the game
With earnest aims and devil shunned
I waged I’d win though rigged the fight
I reached so high I left them stunned
Though now I sense amid my flight
A steadfast fall has just begun
They shot my wings, my red blood runs
A web of joy becomes undone
PAIN, PAIN, PAIN
My friends don’t run
I dare you, stay with me in the fray
It’s NOT our last day
The best is yet to come.

I am sensing a gamble on GME? Your poem is very relatable and extremely relevant.
Haha Not specific to GME, more to the overall market crash currently being experienced. But absolutely applicable to the GME saga.
