Circles accreted at the boundary line.
Tunneled sheets unseen to the naked eye.
Enfolded there’s the precious find.
To make new metal beasts.

I don't know what this is about. But I like it. It brings a sort of strange, sci fi feel. Is it perhaps a defamiliarization of something mundane, like highway overpasses? It feels like perhaps that, seen through non-human eyes.
It is kind of sci-fi, it’s actually referencing deep-sea mining and the mineralogy of polymetallic nodules haha... I’m a geology grad student. But I like your idea about defamiliarizing something mundane! That is a good prompt I might just have to use
Oh that's awesome!
