Arctis Pro Wireless - firmware update has removed second channel (PC)
So until today I had two audio channels for my headset - one for games and one for chat, which appeared as two devices in Windows sound manager.
After updating to the latest firmware today, I now only have one channel and it's being registered as Speakers (Arctis Pro Wireless). I've rebooted/restarted the basestation etc and it's made no difference.
Having the two channels for audio was a massive convenience, hoping this is a bug and not something done on purpose. Any suggestion welcome.
Edit: Fixed! Uninstalled the steelseries software/reinstalled and when I fired it up it said I needed to update the firmware again. Applied it and everything is back how it should be.

This might sound like a stupid suggestion but I've got the latest firmware update and can still see two separate devices. Did you check to make sure your input was set to PC and not PS4? After the update, it appears to reset back to PS4 but still seems to work fine but it might be missing stuff. I switched it back before finding out.

Already done unfortunately. Even turned it to other inputs and back. Have a feeling the firmware update didn’t apply properly and has stuck it on another input.
Might reapply it, I assume there’s a way to do that somewhere.
word of advice don't fuck with it. mine is bricked rn
I had an issue with the firmware update too. Reset the firmware and, even though it said "PC" on the LCD and I had two devices at one point, it had still somehow had itself internally set to PS4. I toggled it back and forth a few times and both devices finally started showing up again. Thanks for the suggestion!
