Nice!

I’m sure you have but just in case - you need to reverse the inputs for those speakers as the one with the amp is designed to sit on the left. I have mine reversed too :)

Yep! I definitely had them reversed at the start, but someone else pointed it out and I swapped the inputs. Great advice for anyone looking to do the same.

Do all gamers have a Tesla chair?

1
alexriverajr•

Not all gamers. It’s a good general chair. It’s a Secret Lab Titan.

My titan is just comfy and supportive as my $1200 ergonomic office chair. But it doesn’t force you to sit properly. If you have bad posture it won’t be good for you. Sit properly and it’s a dream.

Tesla chairs borrow the shape from race cars. The same shape started becoming popular as a gaming chair because of the aesthetics and they're decently ergonomic for the price point you can find them at. The Secretlab Titan specifically has fantastic ergonomics as a new chair for the price you'd pay for a used Aeron or Herman-Miller.

This guy knows his chairs. It does look very comfortable.

I'm curious in doing a similar set up, so I'm just wondering: does it bug you that your monitors on either side aren't flush with the middle? Do you feel your head 'dragging' to see the info?

1
RiftlingOP•

Not at all. I think it's a person-by-person situation, but even before I had an ultrawide with the same setup it didn't bug me at all.

I have the presonus 3.5s and the speaker with the power switch is the left. Are yours backwards or do they really switch on different models?

1
RiftlingOP•

Same model, but you can swap the inputs to flip the speakers position.
