LG CX - Anyone else have these flickering lines in dark content
Video of issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9WAjENoVARM
I'm assuming this is a fault in my 77" CX but I thought I would see if others have it and if it is considered normal. This is not impacting my viewing experience whatsoever, but I'm worried that it may be a sign of an underlying problem that is going to raise its head once I get out of my return window, such as a faulty power supply or bad mainboard.
While checking my panel uniformity with a 5% gray test pattern, I noticed 1 pixel high horizontal lines flickering in and out of the top few inches of the screen. This happens every 10-15 seconds or so. I've verified the lines are not in the source material and are present both on the internal apps and on HDMI inputs.
The further out of dark gray the material being displayed is, the less I can see it. For example I can barely see it on the Amazon Prime app's "who's watching" and main browsing screen but it is there. I can't see it at all on fully colored test slides for red, green, blue, etc...
Anyone else getting this too?

Are you gaming or plainly watching something? I know there's a VRR issue in Dar scenes right now
Good question - no I am not looking at VRR or even 120hz content. I first noticed it when using the built in media player app while watching a test pattern off of a thumbdrive.
