His son, daughter, and son-in-law are very active in the company. No way in hell does he sell it to an outsider. At most he will step down and give them the reins officially, but even that is barely-over-zero percent chance.

Shane isn't active in the company, he's just on screen talent as he has other business he's involved with and those take up most of his time.

Honestly, I'd throw $5 at the company being sold. Maximize the profits to raise the stock then offload the whole thing.
