No, I think a lot of people are just fed up with absolutely anything DC/WB related being spammed by the toxic minority in Snyder's fanabse.
I really don't want another 4 years of harrassment, "naughty lists", death threats, dox attempts and stuff like people spamming "RTSC" under obituaries.
I want to stress that it's only a very small minority of Snyder fans that are doing it, but it's all so tiresome sometimes.

Bro this is out of hand. Snyderverse is over, WB moved on, WB has other plans for a shared universe. This is why you can’t just give in to fan demands like this.
I hope WB sticks to their guns, and actually forces them to open up to their plans for the future of DC.

Nobody asked for a Superman reboot. Even people who hated MoS and BvS constantly, over and over, said "Cavill deserves a chance to be in a different type of Superman film". Nobody asked for them to boot Cavill.

And why shouldn't they be mad? Many fans of the original connected universe have spent 100's of dollars into it, some even thousands for the promise made. Now they've broken it and thrown us aside like some sort of temporary cash cow. Releasing trailers for movies we never got to see Justice League & Suicide Squad. (Which I still am upset I hadn't gotten to see the movie as it was intended.) As a consumer base it's our duty to light a fire under their asses - or to just not give them a single penny in their future film endeavors. Because if we let them get away with this they will take advantage of us again and again. Nevermind the 100's upon 1000's of people who worked insanely hard on these films.

If they didn't spend the money on reshoots Suicide Squad would have been cheaper, also Snyder was given 70 million to finish his cut, where the theatrical cut spent 100 million on reshoots. So they should have spent less money and given what they originally intended to. They would have saved nearly 100 million dollars.

Paying to see a movie in theaters, then buying a physical copy and/or merchandise of said movie is not a legally binding contract that the studio owes you more movies.
Sometimes trilogies/series get planned and only one movie gets made. Nothing is ever guaranteed in Hollywood and acting entitled to these movies is only going to get your own feelings hurt when they don’t get made.
If you don’t want to give them another penny, you don’t have to.

People need to stop conflating rallying (non-toxic manner) for the Snyderverse with shitting on other future DC projects and praying for them to fail. I don't care what ANYONE says, I am pumped as all hell for TSS, The Batman, Black Adam, etc.. Hell, outside of The Batman I'm lowkey most excited for Aquaman 2 because of the lore and universe potential. Neither Snyder fanatics nor haters can change my mind on that. It's completely unnecessary to project your disdain for a minuscule group of toxic fans to the larger group that hasn't been unreasonable to the future projects.

Sure, but check how many post on here have "Fuck WB" or calling for firings or hoping that ATT will strong arm WB (which I doubt WB is out here saying they are done without ATT knowing). This should have a win-win. Fans get the Snyder Cut and its a bump for HBO Max. But there are a lot of fans who don't want to move on and want to go back to Snyder led films. Except, WB's most successful DC films financially, critically or both have been non-Snyder films. So when people say WB is ignoring the fans, they aren't.
WB is finally not be reactionary with DC and holding the course, which is what fans have been calling for. I think it's time for fans, Snyder and WB to move on.

There's definitely a lot of confusion over why the Snyder Cut happened and how much power "the fans" actually have. Warner Bros didn't buckle under the weight of trending hashtags. A pandemic shut down production schedules, and studios were scrambling for content they could safely produce without killing anybody. The Snyder Cut had a passionate fanbase, could be put together quickly and would make them money regardless of how it turned out. The fact it was ultimately a success which changed how a lot of us see the Snyderverse is definitely great. The bigwigs at WB will no doubt see the money making opportunities in Zack Snyder doing another DC movie eventually, but they are not as shook by this soap opera as some of us want to believe.
