Logitech G Pro X Wireless spare parts?

Community

I recently broke my headset. Got in touch with Logitech support asking if they offered repair services and got told to pound sand.

Do logitech at least sell parts? On their website all I see is things like spare earcups or microphone booms.

I've had a look at what's broken and basically a component has come off the PCB and stripped some trace with it. Are we able to buy internal parts like spare boards? Replacing it will entail reconnecting just two wires. Otherwise my £190 headset has just become ewaste.

They just updated g hub for the pro X and destroyed it anyways. Get something else. I’be used this for 2 years and the update just screwed it all up.

Following up on this.

Spoke to a CS rep: They said they don't sell spare parts and that I should contact a local retailer. When asked which retailers I could speak to, I was told they don't advise on that. Google searches for logitech service partners or refurb partners turns up nothing.

So I guess I'm just SOL. This headset is destined for nowhere but landfill if I can't sell it as spares or repairs.

Don't break your headsets people! Should have guessed it would be difficult after seeing that they'd melted plastic over the solder joints on the daughter boards to deliberately make replacing them more difficult than it should be.
