Every seed I have ever played on has been utter garbage for mountain biomes. Hell, I have only ever been above the clouds ONCE out of all the seeds I have played.
I am looking for a seed with some large mountain biomes. Large land area, or good height. Or both!
Please help this ole viking to retire on a nice big mountain.

Sounds like you want to head north, mate.
Oh I love building there. I have built many things there but its just empty. no Drakes, wolves, nothing. It is a great canvas to work with but its rather boring once you are done.
This seed has a huge mountain on the spawn island with about 4 different elevation changes, no Moder altar but plenty of silver veins and multiple towers are up around the summit: https://imgur.com/a/57qoXoy
the seed name is: Fpty8ApxFr
Thanks!
You can get above the clouds in mountain biomes?! I'd love to see some good extra-large mountain biomes.
