Setting up post approvals under thresholds and auto-removing posts reported by 2 or more people

Hi there! I am requesting some help as I have never been a reddit moderator before and the sub I just got those perms on has a SPAM problem. I was thinking of doing the following as a net to prevent most of it:

Approval required to post if the account is less than 6 months old OR has less than 100 combined link/comment karma (unless a moderator). I just aped this from someone else and made slight adjustments, is this correct? Note - I can't seem to get my formatting correct.

Hi there! A quick note from the mods that newer users must have posts manually approved by the moderator team due to a history of spam in this forum. We apologize for the inconvenience and we welcome your contributions to [r/Noodles](/r/Noodles)!

Question: Are posts reported as SPAM removed for everyone or just the user that reported it? If the latter, how do I remove for everyone when 2 or more people report a post as spam?

Thanks in advance everyone!

One more question for you - if i wanted to set a min of 50 characters for a post, would I do it this way?

Hi there! Just a quick note, this was flagged by the automoderator as a low-effort post and will be reviewed by the [r/Noodles](/r/Noodles) moderation team as part of the wider anti-spam efforts. Apologies for any convenience, and thank you for participating!

If a post is removed, it's gone from everyone but the person who made it. If you look through their post history, you'll still be able to see the post. But anyone visiting your sub won't see a removed post, unless they went specifically through that person's post history. And even then I think the post would just say (removed).
