To whom it may concern;
I am Windsor Ontario, the lord of Windsor, Ontario. Though I do not speak on their behalf, I have the honor to state that this missive has been reviewed by the various Lords of Detroit and the heads of the families unaffiliated with any lordship party to the Lake St. Clair Conventions of 1961, and has received their unanimous approval.
It has come to the attention of the Standing Committee, the body responsible for the continued monitoring of matters covered by the Accords, that this website has been used by multiple individuals to coordinate acts contrary to the interests of the signatories of the Conventions in the town of Tecumseh, Ontario. Having conferred with the signatories, the Standing Committee has come to an agreement as to how these acts shall be responded to.
It has also come to the attention of the Standing Committee that, as a consequence of the acts mentioned above, there has been a significant influx of weaponry (some enchanted) and gremlins into the regional Warrens. As a matter of public duty, it is necessary to inform residents and potential visitors to the Southwest Ontario/East Michigan regions of the potential danger.
To the Administrators and Users of Occult Magic Online (OMO) who had no role in the events in Tecumseh, Ontario on March 28th, 2021:
The Standing Committee has rejected sanction in this case. However, the Committee hereby issues formal protest as to the atmosphere of recklessness present on OMO. The Committee's inquiries as to this website and it's community have discovered alarmingly few cases of users taking steps to understand local politics when operating outside of their home regions. Should site culture continue to facilitate such recklessness and irresponsibility, it is the opinion of the Standing Committee that it is likely some party will eventually respond with overwhelming force against disruption of their affairs. It would be irresponsible of the Standing Committee not to make efforts to bring this to the attention of OMO administration for their consideration.
To the practitioner Aubrey Schlotwitz:
It has come to the attention that you and your familiar breached the Tecumseh Containment Permeter on March 28th, 2021. Though no violation of the Lake St. Clair Conventions on your behalf occurred as a result, such an action is of concern to the signatories of aforementioned treaties, as is the lack of evidence of attempts to understand the local situation prior to engaging in such an ill-conceived act. As such, as per Article 3, subclause 4(1), the Standing Committee declares you to be a Person of Interest, and is providing formal warning that should your presence within the the Southwestern Ontario or Eastern Michigan regions become known to us, the Committee intends to resort to measures potentially including but not limited to augury, physical observation, and obstruction in order to ensure it does not become necessary to trigger Article 3 sub-clause 5. Should you believe this sanction has been applied in error, you are welcome to appeal it at the next scheduled regional Airing of Grievances, the location and date of which may be obtained via audience with the Lords of Detroit or the Lord of Windsor on request.
To Stella Myers:
It has come to the attention of the board that Others acting on your behalf breached the Tecumseh Containment perimeter at some point prior to the events of March 28th, 2021, at which point they engaged Tecumseh residents in battle. As per the promise of protection from external invasion extended to the residents of Tecumseh, Ontario under the Lake St. Clair Convetions of 1961, the signatories thereof are obligated to respond. It is also the belief of the Standing Committee that the recent influx of power & external connections to Natalie Heikkinen from her breakthroughs regarding penetrating the defenses of the novel Abyss locale referred to as "the Server" is related to her behavior on March 28th, which demonstrates apparent coordination of objectives with aforementioned Others under your employ. The Committee deems it possible and likely, though no consensus has emerged to what extent, that you have entered into an unauthorized agreement with a Tecumseh resident, an act prohibited by Section 3 Sub-clause 2. Consequentially, the Standing Committee has, as per our oaths, activated Section 3 Sub-clause 5 of the Accords, and declares you to be a Hostile Party. Signatories of the Lake St. Clair Conventions are subsequently obligated to resist any endeavor you may have within their locales, to an extent potentially extending to deadly or worse-than-deadly force being applied to yourself or your associates. Should you feel this decision has been made in error, the Standing Committee will permit you to plead your case at a time of our choosing, provided you have first made adequate restitution to the signatories of the Conventions.
Thank you for taking the time to read this missive. Any questions pertaining to the contents of this missive, or other concerns OMO users may have regarding the ongoing implementation of the Lake St. Clair Conventions of 1961 should be made in the associated thread below.

I cannot speak for OMO as a whole, however, the actions taken by Stella Lawson Myers, Aubrey Shlotwitz, and Schlotwitz's familiar concerning Tecumseh, Ontario are not endorsed by many users of OMO.
Neither OMO as a medium of communication nor it's unrelated users are at fault for the actions taken by other users.
