Atleast from season 6,I reckon.I had this at the first game of the day,if I picked loba or if I reconnected in a match where Im loba.
I've played atleast 4 ranked games and more trios with this. It was surprising people weren't even posting this,as you can only pickup ground loot if you're cursed with this bug.
I had to explain to people I cant loot and people still wouldn't throw me down loot from lootboxes.

It happens to me when I end up getting disconnected during the picking phase. After reconnecting during drop, I'm stuck with not being able to loot things from boxes, black markets, etc.

how do people play loba. i tried playing her for an hour yesterday and i was just constantly tilted by her bracelet not working in clutch moments.

Yep happened to me yesterday, I think it occurs when you reconnect to a game with loba. Funnily enough I also lost my minimap as well
