Where to get reliable brewed/pour-over decaf coffee?

I know a lot of places do decaf espresso, but I’m talking about normal brewed coffee. Starbucks is hit or miss, some locations do a pour over but they don’t always have beans, some places just outright refuse.

Good Pour Over Coffee in NYC? Is it Possible? from 5 months ago recommends Black Fox and Coffee Project among others. The OP of that thread also updated with:

I kinda gave up, seems the life in NYC is too fast to be able to find a good pour over, it just takes time. This leads to the quality of beans being roasted not to matter as much, at least for drip and filter roasts.

In my experience working in cafes, pour over/aeropress is reserved for a special batches of coffee beans, which they've already calculated the specifications for. And so few people order brewed decaf that the decaf urn gets cold and undrinkable and so little is served that it ends up getting dumped, so the most effective option is to just offer decaf espresso so it can be made fresh on demand. If you get anything other than espresso you're likely to get an extremely subpar cup of coffee, so that's why they refuse. Sorry i don't have shop recommendations but I hope that offers some insight into why it's unpopular.
