FinalMouse will cancel the botted orders, they do it every time. Usually a few days go by and they start relisting mice first come first serve.
Idk man, i think he said that they won’t be canceling orders this round, he said it was “fair game”.
They probably are just too lazy, money is money after all, and there is no guarantee that the relisting won’t get snatched by another bot.
Man that sucks, I remember Cape Town drop they emphasized they would do their best to not let bots cook. Say you own a company that makes item X. You decide to only make 10 of item X knowing that there's at least 10 people per item who wants it. Doing that is all up to you and your company, and again, that's fine. Just as the 90 who didn't get to buy it because you didn't make enough of item X are entitled to be salty about it.

Super light pro is 63g. You could also get the charging mousepad so you never have to manually charge it. That's something even razer doesn't have with their light fps mice. Or you could cough up 500 bucks on eBay.
They plan on doing more drops of the Starlight actually, maybe not in these colors though

Maybe so, but I don't think it will be as bad on future drops. Hype will die down and all that, and people will mostly forget and move on.
I have my fingers crossed that’s the case but I highly doubt it because boys and scalpers will still keep buying them because they’re limited.

It's not all hype. They have the best FPS mice. I had a finalmouse scream and air58. The starlight beats logitech and razer in theory. They should have limited one per customer then no one could complain. 10k is really small. Air 58 was 45k and ultralight was 90k I believe.
Each to their own but IMO they definitely don't have the best FPS mice. Too many people buy into their hype. I've had the Air58 and the UL2 and while the Air58 was nice to use, the build quality was terrible. I had two of them and the mouse wheel broke in the red one and the colouring came off the blue one after like 2 days of having it.
There are plenty of other companies now moving on to the trend of lightweight wireless mice and have actual proper QC done and isn't marketed by crackheads.

I spend time on lots of subreddits for things that I have an interest in, regardless if I have have products relevant to it or not. Not sure how that relates to what I said above. I have an interest in mice and collect them from lots of different companies. You understand just because I bought some of the FM mice it doesn't automatically mean I think they make the best ones, right? I have Zowie mice also here along with multiple Glorious / Hati / Razer etc.
If you read what I said above, I said the Air58 was nice to use but the build quality was shocking, which was my experience with both of them. I bought the UL2 and sold it as it was too small for me. I never bothered trying to get the Starlight as the GPW is my main and has been for about a year now.
My model O broke within a week and guess what I have never bought anything from them again nor do I visit their reddit nor website. Oh btw, my cherry air58 still works fine and so do my 2 ul2's never had to return a single one.
Funny how that works, I bought the first batch of the Model O which apparently was the worst in terms of quality, yet my one was perfect. It's almost as if everyone's experience is different.
They do make the best fps mice, 44grams wireless. The closet is Logitech at 63g. Finalmouse have best shape imo too. I also highly doubt any mouse company going forward will be willing to make their mice out of magnesium alloy. This chassis won't be fully appreciated until we start playing and seeing it in high definition because we all have this idea that it will feel and look like a plastic mouse. We have no frame of reference for a magnesium mouse really.

Yeah I had no issues if I'm being honest, was there right on the dot at 12, (UK) clicked everything I needed to, got in the queue and typed details/copied them out as fast as I could, it was so easy/smooth I legit thought I'd be able to go back and grab another boy was I wrong, that's when I realised I just got insanely lucky.

Real talk, I expected to go on twitter/reddit and see people being happy they copped theirs, with a few dissapointments obviously but man that is so far from the truth. As someone who wanted a 3080 at launch and was there for it and got nothing, finally getting something on launch which was highly contested feels nice.
Same here. Right on time in the USA, grabbed the Hades small, waited like half a minute in queue from like 30-40 seconds in the order screen, had my info autofill from my browser from other purchases, and paid. Order confirmed 2 minutes after the drop.
Afterwards, I went back to look at the other listings and was stuck in the refresh mess.

Same, I don't know why people always have so many issues with lots of drops. It must reserve your item once you get through the queue. I got a verification text, changed my credit card, changed my shipping address, and changed my billing address. Still was able to get one.
Same here I was able to cop 2 with 0 to no issues. Refreshing by f5, had a shop account, and was done with the whole process in less than a minute! Congrats to all my fellow future owners of the best mouse in the world.

seriously? i got to the checkout on a 3080 back when they were annouced and i was in a discord call with a friend earlier right when it hit 4 and just the error on the pages and then the waiting in the queue it made me very sad. Oh well still have superlight i should be happy

Actually they, I got the UL2 when they canceled so many bot orders, they tweeted that they canceled them and it was on stock. That’s how I bought mine. Hopefully they do it again

the black was definitely the most popular, but if I didn't have to sit in that que I feel like I could have got another color. I just assumed my spot was actually reserved like it said and I got it. it wouldn't have been that hard to mod that ugly red into a better color.
