I've been trying to look for car parts (mainly the spoiler), I own an 2013 is300h f-sport but alot of parts are compatible in either 2006-13 or 2014-19. The 2006-13 looks like the very old model while my 2013 is300h f-sport looks more like the 14-19 models (based on the back headlights). So I am just wondering if a spoiler made for the 14-19 models will fit my 2013 is300h f-sport?

Was thinking of getting Birkenstock blue insoles but they come with 2 different arch heights 20mm and 25mm). How do I determine how much mm arch support I need to correct flexible flat feet? Thank

I am thinking about getting these and wondering if I need to size up on a new pair of shoes to accommodate the additional height inside the shoe. I have many shoes that have unremovable insoles and wonder if it's going to be too tight with my current set of shoes or I need to size up in the future. They're for sneaker and boots

Curious question. I have shoes that have unremovable insoles and is tight at the toebox if I use full inserts on top of the unremovable one. Does cutting off the toebox area of a full orthotic insole work just like a 3/4 insert? I personally don't have pain under the ball area of my foot so I don't need that extra cushioning there. I've seen many threads about the Legend sizing being lose from half size down but can be fixed with by placing another insole on top of the glued one inside of it. I plan to use orthotics when I get explorers and wondering how much wiggle room there is from going half a size down (from the looks of images, the explorers seems to have a larger toebox than the captains but im not sure). But yes, would an orthotic insole fit in the explorers if i just go half size down and not remove the poron insole? Thanks

I've got a pair of roma 4's ive been using but it is fairly a little tight until i removed the insole. This made it abit more comfortable and i feel more of the ground without it. So would it be fine to squat or do workouts without the insole? Does removing the insole change the elevated heel height?

I am looking for a single backpack to carry my gym and work essentials but I'm kinda of short person (about 161cm with 47cm torso length). Would a backpack that's 50cm long cause any issues in terms of comfort and longevity?

Hi, I am fairly recent into weightlifting and looking heel elevated shoes for only squats and some benching. I don't plan to do any oly lifts.

My TTS is US6.5 and I have neutral feet. I am currently 60kg and can squat 65kg 3x10 (if this matters).

Which will fit or feel better for me on paper (or in general) and it's longevity? There are currently no nearby stores for me to try them.

Want to add splitters, diffuser and a spoiler to a 300h but wanting if I can use parts made for is250/350. 2013 model to be exact. Thanks
