Although he has his terrible moments I feel like Will could be a pretty good friend and fun to talk to. He reminds me of myself as a teenager

I’m really torn between Neil and Will. Simon would just be a bit boring and Jay would get on my nerves really quickly. Whereas I feel if you got on his good side Will would actually be a good friend, and Neil would just be really fun to hang around with.
Will. Jay's bullshitting would get tiresome, plus he has no respect for other people's property. There wouldn't be much useful conversation to be had from Neil, and Simon is annoying, although his girlfriend could hook me up with one of her mates.
Jay would be annoying but there'd never be a dull moment with him.
It is really fun to get Simon wound up so that’s one good thing. You’d have to balance it out with him constantly talking about Carly though, which is a huge negative.
And I think you guys are also forgetting that you can’t get Simon to do anything. He never wants to drive anywhere either.
Now Jay, he is literally up for anything, as long as muff is involved. You can trick the guy into doing anything as long as you promise him muff. Sure you have to put up with constant lies. His dad does give solid life advice though!
