Is the mocapping for trailers now spoilers? I‘ve seen actual spoilers and appreciate the concern, but this isn‘t a new scene, nor does it really spoil anything I can think of. Good on you anyways, it‘s always cool to see how the cake was made.

I was just trying to accommodate the people who watched the trailer and then forgot about it.
But seriously though, I was tired and didn't know anymore what constitutes a spoiler or not, so I decided to err on the side of caution.

1- I love how the hat was so integral to the characters skeleton that they had the actress wear it
2- why does she apply the makeup so far away from her face but holds the phone normaly?
It's because the lipstick would cover the camera used for facial animation, the dots on her face always have to be visible. The phone doesn't cover them.
I was wondering the same thing with the lipstick. It must be that items of a certain size need to be manually done on computer and that the phone was just big enough to capture properly.
Even in mocap, the hat stays ON.
