Express orders dropping next day?
Has this happened to anyone else recently? Yesterday, my team walked into one express from the night before. Today, we had five express orders overdue from yesterday.

We had one last night drop 2 hours late. Placed at 4, didn't show till after 6. Customer called looking for the order but was in pending status. Also door dash was never notified to deliver the order, customer came in to grab it after we closed.

It’s been happening more often for some reason I’m guessing something is up with the system

We just had that this morning. Due time was like 3:40 and they had tons of people here yesterday so there’s no way they just didn’t pick it. I just canceled it 🤷♀️

Come in to 5 late expresses myself... didnt have any other glitches this week so I guess HO decided to throw us a curve ball

As a TL, I canceled them...With employee's still testing for covid and being vaccinated while short handed with employees, I don't have time to worry about express when I have to worry about opening with 3000 picks...
