So the tl;dr of my situation is in the title, but basically I know I'm being tracked via stalkerware (specifically NexSpy, via admission of said stalker), and I'm trying to discover a way to get out from under it. Everything I've read says a factory reset should fix the problem, but it hasn't. I've done multiple factory resets of my phone and have reinstalled Windows 10 from scratch, but the user can still see everything (at least as far as my phone is concerned).

I have also changed all my passwords and enabled 2FA where possible since the resets, and this also has not resolved anything. My most recent reset was via my device's recovery mode where I manually wiped both the data and cache

I have two Amex cards, both of which are linked to my Chase account's bill pay with eBills enabled. I also have paperless statements sent to my email to be sure I don't miss any payments. Apparently, that somehow broke last month and I only received one statement in my email but there was never an eBill on file at my bank.

I reconnected my Amex accounts with my bank, but that doesn't seem to have fixed anything. Is anyone else having issues with Amex in this regard? My first thought was something happened with Chase, but I my email also never saw a statement so I'm less sure of that.

Has this happened to anyone else recently? Yesterday, my team walked into one express from the night before. Today, we had five express orders overdue from yesterday.

A little over a year ago, I decided to finally get my financial act together after having made some stupid mistakes in my college years. I tried to apply for a credit card from my bank at the time, and got hit with the realization that my FICO score was about 520. I had a collection account that's since been deleted and a late payment on 2/3 bureaus (that's still there and will age off next year).

Thanks to CRedit, I've not only taken care of my old debts, but I've opened up a handful of pretty worthwhile credit cards (including a CFU and a pair of Amex cards) and have improved my score to 720 (Ex/EQ)/775 (TU). Experian's score simulator suggests I should hit 740 in a few months as inquiri

Some quick stats:

  • FICO 8: 705 (EX), 714 (EQ), 754 (TU)
    • Note: I do have ~20% utilization on one card, but will be paying it off this week. I also have a number of inquiries on Experian that will count against my score until June/July.
  • Income: $38,000
  • Current debt: Will be $0 after next paycheck
  • Monthly expenses:
    • Rent and utilities: $1000
    • Groceries: ~$250
    • Miscellaneous spending: Rarely over $50

A car is quickly becoming a necessity, as my better half's vehicle has turned into a money pit. I'm not looking to buy until the summer unless absolutely necessary due to inquiries unless her car just completely craps out before then so inquiries can age and boost my s

Not directly Walmart related, but wanted to give you guys a heads up. The IRS get my payment tool for tracking stimulus payments has now been updated for the latest wave. If you haven't gotten it yet but have direct deposit info on file from filing taxes, the IRS can tell you when your payment's scheduled to help plan around bills or beating customers to the TV wall.

I skimmed the wiki and couldn't find an answer to this. Basically, when I e-filed my 2020 return I hadn't received my second stimulus check yet due to changing bank accounts. Everything I saw online said that if it hadn't come in the mail by then to claim it on your federal return, so I did.

As it turns out, the check arrived the same day I e-filed, and the tax software I used wasn't prepared to handle amended returns yet. I just received my federal refund with the correct amount I should have received (the IRS didn't include the stimulus since I'd gotten and cashed the check since filing). Do I still need to file an amended return to note that I claimed the stimulus credit in error or woul

Long story short, I came back today from a paid LOA. However, halfway through the day my room mate was sent home and their doctor mandated quarantine for the entire household. They were paid for my quarantine, but would Sedgwick really approve a new LOA after just one day or would they try to roll the two together since my previous claim hasn't been closed out yet due to the weekend?
