You can see a screendump of the relevant image above. Basically while I'm doing Tribunal work, I rarely load the actual champion name and never load their icon. When their name doesn't load this can sometimes make it difficult to judge cases - like determining whether they have troll items, or what their role is.
I'm using Chrome without any extensions. Is anybody else getting this bug?

I think this happens because the images/names the tribunal tries to load are tied to a patch number. If you view source/ use firebug or some other web inspector tool, you can see the image source uses the patch number:

Probably if there is a mismatch between what patch tribunal is looking at vs what patch resources are available on the server, you're going to end up with no icons/names.
Same here, Chrome and Tribunal don't get along. I just try to guess who they are based on items and such.
I get that a lot as well.
Yeah, happens to me all the time. Seems Tribunal is down right now, or my internet only doesn't work for that page.
