Short and adjustable legs for tall Billy bookshelf?

help

I just put together a tall Billy/Oxberg bookcase.

Two issues with getting it mounted to the wall:

  1. The baseboard cutout is just barely too short for my baseboard - 1/4 inch or so, which is preventing it from leaning flush against the wall.
  2. It's an old house and the floor is not level, so the bookcase is also leaning forward.

Recommendations for a set of short, adjustable legs/feet I could screw into the bottom?

If you were gonna screw it into the wall anyway, I'd raise the bookcase up using 2x4s and then cover it with matching baseboard, thereby turning them into built-ins.

(That said I agree the baseboard notch is woefully short... i think it's just the most they can do while keeping it structurally sound, but with the current trend towards taller baseboards they're pretty useless. When I raised mine and covered in baseboard, I raised them taller so the notch functioned as a hole for power cords to go through instead)
