I've always been a sappy music guy. As s man, that makes it appear like I'm a weak beta male in this day and age. I don't care about others judgement.
I don't connect with today's music. I'm more new music that sounds like the old school or the old school itself. Sorry, I had a real low point before posting this.

There's lots of great modern sappy music too. Don't dismiss something just because of its time period

Depends what you mean by sappy. If you want a real sad tune there's something about "Sunny December" by Bombadil that I find really addictive
If you're looking for something not quite as downbeat but equally emotional, I really love the first 3 albums of Mal Blum. They sound like diary entries at times
Egg is a cool artist as well who does a lot of covers of popular songs expect makes them a bit more sappy. She lists them as "putting a spin on .....".

A real man only listens to Joe Rogan Newsradio era throat singing. Every other sound Joe makes is only ever heard by betas.
Or maybe this whole dichotomy of beta vs alpha and strong male vs weak male is kind of totally based on horseshit lazy thinking and strength, manliness, reliability, trustworthiness, marksmanship don’t actually have much of a god damn thing to do with political thinking.
