I've always been a sappy music guy. As s man, that makes it appear like I'm a weak beta male in this day and age. I don't care about others judgement.
I don't connect with today's music. I'm more new music that sounds like the old school or the old school itself. Sorry, I had a real low point before posting this.
I've done Help Desk for awhile and it never ceases to amaze me how end of day ends up being the busiest (either because of tickets or tasks that need to be completed at end of day). This seems especially true when it's an average day and then BAM, 8 hours of work in the last two.
Not sure.of this is true for anyone else.
I realize as an adult society expects you to have friends, girlfriends, etc. I feel as though I've spent my life trying to be what others want for the sake of having someone in my life. At 43, I realize I lost myself and am struggling to get me back.
I'm starting with something simple. Sitting outside listening to music (currently Take My Breath Away by Berlin) and looking at the sky. Not exciting, but it's what I want to do.
I'm looking to get a gaming laptop that has a non-anti glare screen with 32GB of ram and the latest graphics card that runs good (doesn't matter which company). I'd prefer it not to run too hot or have a noisy fan, but I'll just settle for not running too hot. Space requirements? 1TB SSD or NVMe. Budget? 1500 to 2500.
I'd like this laptop to also do video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro.
any ideas?
Robinhood has let everyone including me down with all of these server issues. Along with AnchorUSD, your crypto can't be sent to wallets. What exchanges are decent that take Doge and are wallet friendly? (I'm already on Kraken, Coinbase and Gate.io)
One thing I've learned during this investment journey is that you should always be patient and not bail out when your investments dip from time to time. I made that mistake when Dogecoin was at .0008 and folks elsewhere were saying it wasn't worth investing in. Along with Cardano and ETC, I'm now learning to master the art of holding even when you feel you need to get out.
Short of an emergency, when I hope never comes, I'm in it for the long haul.
This coin, even thou it's considered a meme, has taken on a life of its own and has seemingly defied expectations. More than that, it seems to have changed lives and put people in a good financial space. Other coins keep getting created every day it seems, but none of them seem to be like this. I was silly not to HODL on BTC when it was lower years ago, I'm not making that mistake now.
Doge to the moon
My head is unfortunately very large and doesn't fit the standard large size headgear that is offered in various stores. I'm looking for any help trying to find an extra large version of the headgear for the ResMed Fit20. An example is this link:
ResMed AirFit™ & AirTouch™ F20 Full Face Mask Headgear | cpapdirect.com
I'm thinking about getting rid of my AMEX card as it doesn't seem to be supported everywhere and doesn't seem as big as it used to be. Is it still worth keeping?
There was a time I listened to Podcasts and then suddenly I lost interest for about two years. I felt the need to catch up again and have just finished "Cold" which covers the disappearance of Susan Powell. I wanted to know if there was a similar podcast out there with a good amount of research done and with a host who is engaging.
Nothing on the level of "Up and Vanished" thou. I was a fan of them and then read on reddit how clumsy there production really is.
I don't date well admittedly. I've had no success on any dating app and meeting people the old fashion way never seems very comfortable to me. Guess I'm too much of a classic nerd/introvert type for that and need to work on myself.
I'd like to hear from those in this pandemic who still date and so forth how it is to be out and about in this new era. Is it the same? Is it better? Is it worse?
In the effort to expand my skill set I've discovered that in certain circumstances, I prefer setting things up from the ground up. I also seem to take notes more about certain commands and steps required in OneNote more in the event I need to start over. I also seem a bit more relaxed when working on linux stuff even thou some of it is frustrating.
I'm still not at the place where I think I could this professionally yet, but I feel like I'm getting there slowly.
