Mini-split condensate pump buzzing every few minutes

Howdy, HVAC experts.

I'm located in the inland northwest area just south of Spokane, WA. Temperatures are reaching 100-105F in my area. About 4 months ago, I had a Daikin 2-zone ductless mini-split system installed. These units are used strictly for cooling. Everything has been working great. Both evaporators have Aspen condensate pumps installed just underneath.

Suddenly, both of the condensate pumps began buzzing for about 25 seconds each today. Then it happened again after about 10-15 minutes. This cycle has been ongoing for several hours now. Both units are still cooling fine. I'm wonder if this new behavior is the result of extra heat I'm getting outside.

I checked the Aspen manual but it wasn't clear to me if this buzzing cycle is expected or not. Is this normal or should I be concerned and notify the installer or manufacturer? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

That's the pump running.

Status update on this. I spoke with my installer who indicated that this is a normal occurrence due to the elevated outdoor temp. The condensate pumps are just working overtime to keep up and extract the extra condensation buildup. Sure enough, after the sun went down and outdoor temp dropped, the buzzing cycle went away.

In case anyone else encounters this scenario, there is no cause for alarm.
