Which companies here in the PH will give **maximum ROI** for fresh graduate software engineers?  
By ROI, I mean in terms of *upskilling* (trainings, mentorship, etc.)

Salary is second priority as I know PH companies don't usually pay well for entry-level positions, but if you know a company that offers both, I'd love to know!
