Which companies here in the PH will give maximum ROI for fresh graduate software engineers?
By ROI, I mean in terms of upskilling (trainings, mentorship, etc.)

Salary is second priority as I know PH companies don't usually pay well for entry-level positions, but if you know a company that offers both, I'd love to know!

What's the range for a fresh graduate web developer / software engineer here in the Philippines? Based on job posts with salary range indicated, the smallest I've seen is 15k, the largest is 30k.

I got curious when I saw the post in r/phcareers about the 37k starting offer for a Marketing Associate position. Made me wonder if fresh graduate software engineers could also get a similar (or higher) offer.
