Can I post a gofundme link for my cat who needed emergency surgery?

My cat suddenly needed life saving surgery today. She ate a foreign object and was actively dying for hours. She is out of surgery and recovering but it cost 6 thousand dollars, every cent of my savings. If anyone could help, I have proof and a gofundme set up for her for help with expenses. :(
