That looks good indeed. I want to DSP and room correct it and run it from 20 to 80Hz, getting rid of that 70Hz spike. What a beast.

I would just get main speakers that go down to 50hz

I'm having a hard time picturing the size of main speakers that would match this monster down to 50 without occupying the rest of the room. My main speakers' largest woofer is 6,5" and I wouldn't want to take them below 80 at full cinema volume. I guess I need a bigger cinema room where I can hide some 12" mains in a recessed wall or something.

QSC k10s can cross at 60hz

I simmed it at 90 volts which at 4 ohms is 2kw (driver is rated for 1600w peaks) but at the frequencies you'd want it running at 2,000 watts the impedances are much higher than 4 ohms.

I don't know much about audio but have a question. What is with the peaky response past 100hz? It looks like some sort of comb filtering?

That is the effect of the horn loading. The box design is a Front Loaded Horn (or someone correct me if it is another type). For subwoofer use, a low-pass filter using the amplifier DSP or the receiver will cut those as it will start dropping off at 24db/octave by 80 hz. You would also want DSP to cut the peak at 70.
