Best noisy cafe/coffee shop

Looking For

Kind of a weird request. I’m looking for a place to study, but I tend to focus better when there’s a lot of background noise. Anyone know of a nice cafe or coffee shop that’s loud? I live in SE Portland.

Heart Coffee on burnside was pretty loud.. not sure if they are seating inside yet though

They've kind of switched up their hours too. At least for the one downtown.

Double check before you head down on a weekday.

They don’t have wifi, so depending on what type of studying that might not work.

Do you mean Seven Virtues Coffee in the Zipper building?

No, I meant you could get coffee or food and hang out in the main Zipper area. It’s usually pretty noisy in there.

Seven Virtues is a good spot to hang out too though.

It lacks the social element (and the coffee) but there are online sources for coffeeshop ambience. All you need are headphones.

Upper Left is my go-to for this very reason! Rain or Shine on Division used be but I’m not sure what their set up is right now.

Coava by the Hawthorne bridge has a lot of traffic and there's like a bamboo show room there too so there's always news from that.
