Yeah...look at 2 months ago around May 9-10 for a real comparison. Or look at 1 year ago...zoom out even further.
Nobody said this is a get rich quick scheme. Buy/hold/repeat. 😎
Buy, hold and repeat. Great slogan.
It's like running a loop in java.
BHR!
DCA in and DCA out till you have a lambo
I hate when people do this. I am far more bullish on the fundamental value of ETH over BTC but cherry picking data to suggest ETH has retained value better is BS at best and insidious at worst. Why don't you add one more month to this and see what the draw down looks like from the top of both pairs... Yea... looks very different now.
#altcoin bleeding intensifies
I actually love it when people do this. It speaks to the amount of emotion in this market and the potential to earn more money. I *want* my trading counterparty to be emotional.
I didn’t cherry pick. I actually just came across the screen shot I took when BTC took off. Then I looks at where’s they’re at now which shows what opportunities can be had trading between the two

What's so magical about the number 2000 that isn't in 1999 or 2001? Heck, even in another currency the number would be different. Powers of ten might look clean in our minds but has no bearing on value.

So it's a better time to buy BTC than ETH?
So misleading.
ETH is down 50% from ATH and BTC 48%
The idea that one is keeping value more than the other is just wrong.
The idea that one is keeping value more than the other is just wrong.
Except for those who bought in April 2021. Then it’s very correct.

That's why Eth is still solid.
The ETHBTC gap is smaller and smaller...
I'd like the ETH/BTC ratio to be at 0.07. Now it's at 0.06.

Because that doesn't push OPs clear agenda dude. Get out with that logic
He wanted his quick bag of upvotes and planned to scadattle smh

It’s not meant to mislead. We all know what both coins have done. But it shows that they’re not completely tethered in sync like people treat the market a lot of the time.
What are you trying to say here? That ETH is more stable than BTC?

No. Just thought it was an interesting look at how the two do not fluctuate in completely in sync
That’s a little bit misleading acting like ETH didn’t also get cut in half, just with a little different timing lmaooo
It’s an interesting look at how the two do not fluctuate in completely in sync. Not intended to cherry pick or mislead but I understand where all those comments are coming from
Tip this post any amount of $DONUTs within 6hrs (by 9:42am utc) to keep it visible.
So much eth pump in last Cpl weeks.
How do you get these widgets on iOS?
Coingecko
Mine are actually just from Coinbase
ETH is taking a short rest to rebuild and gain a strong support before rising again!
ETH it’s the way….

0x3E2020... tipped you 2.0 DONUT!
This seems like a cold joke. In one aspect, one person climbs from the foot of the mountain to the top and then falls from the top to the foot of the mountain, while the other person has been at the foot of the mountain. Who will reach the top first, do you think?

i like gold and hitech 😉
This idea is easily manipulated though based on which coin pumps or dumps first
Yeah that’s true. I didn’t realize how close they really were until other pointed it out. However this does show that there can be good opportunities to trade between the two when they do lag apart
Trading between ETH and BTC is an excellent opportunity to grow your ETH stack. ETH/BTC has been more or less following a pattern for the past year and a half until that pattern has been broken in early may.
Yep, with more or less than a 100% of ETH increase in a few weeks compared to BTC, before falling down a bit higher than regular levels.
Basically both eth and btc are at about 1.6X from 2017 ATH. Ethereum just happened to pump later.
