Hi all,

I'm specing up a gaming PC, but I'm pretty out of touch. I've done a fair bit of Googling, and found a lot of posts from this sub that've helped, but was hoping for some feedback on how well/poorly I've done:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor
• Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit EVO 69 CFM CPU Cooler
• MB: NZXT N7 B650E ATX AM5 Motherboard
• RAM: [G.Skill Fla

Ads load a blank screen with an X in the corner, then close but without letting me open the chest. Is this happening for anyone else? If not, will reinstalling save my progress?

It's a fun game for the most part, but I'm finding that it keeps throwing a DPS check at me where I can't move and the only option is to stay still and kill things before they can get to me or die. Does that ever stop, or is it a core component to progression? It's pushing me to use aura type weapons rather than directional ones, or the runny shoes.

It kinda kills the fun a bit for me. Up to Ch 15 at the mo.

I remember the main singer was male with a deep voice, but part way through a female singer had a few verses, she had a country twang (and an awesome voice). Pretty sure there was a harmonized duet on the chorus towards the end. I recall it was a slow song, but the band was known for being more heavy metal (I hadn't heard of them when I looked it up years ago). I feel like the chorus went along the lines of "I'm a bad man, that's what I am" but I can't find it. I've been through my YouTube history, but to no avail. Not a lot to go on, I know...

Is there anything to suggest that the Traveller was sent here by something other than "The Darkness"?
Since the worm gods need feeding with genocide, and their counterparts grow stronger by killing stronger beings, is there anything to suggest that they did/did not send the Traveller to us, to fatten us up, and gain more power when they arrive for the harvest?
