B12 supplements
Looking for a good brand for vitamin b12 supplements. I know the quality vary allot. Uk based. Thanks.

I recently ordered some of these from Wild Nutrition (UK company). I saw a talk given by them recently on some of their fertility focused vitamins, and have heard good things about their stuff before. I also ordered some of their vegan vitamin D. And trying these for some omegas.

It is best to use sublingual. Not everything is absorbed in the gut and as we age even less is absorbed.

Look into Heights... If you plan on taking any other multivitamins it might work out cheaper

Quality is not that significant, just make it a big dose for safety (the price shouldn't change). Cyanocobalamin is the most appreciated especially because it's stable over the long term and less sensitive to light.
