At Exeter it has had a big refurb and a new spa and is noticeably busier. Just wondered if they would ever refuse new members or are they too much corporate business driven and keep cramming them in.

Is anyone else concerned that companies such as Sigenergy or Tesla could turn off their set up?

They all have the capabilities to turn us off at any time.

One reason I want solar is to be independent from the grid. But can we trust a future world conflict would not affect our supply. I mean imagine generating your own electricity from solar but not being able to use it because someone in California or Beijing decides to turn you off.

It’s making me consider a separate inverter and batteries rather than a smart all connected system.

Apparently all new electric vehicles have kill switches “for safety”. I’m not big on conspiracy theories but it is a concern that in the future governments

Hi. So I’m a binger in everything I do. I simply can not moderate. Thankfully I am managing the art of abstinence. Nothing is far better than a little. I’m far healthier and lost allot of weight as I’m throwing myself in to exercise and healthy eating. But my main problem is I simply can’t relax. I can’t sit and watch a tv programme or a film.
It is worse the healthier I am. Strangely I actually miss a hangover following a binge when I’m happy to waste a day on the sofa watching tv and eating junk because I was “relaxed”. I’m sure this is related to having adhd (undiagnosed). The only thing I feel will remove this angst is a sesh and/ or eating junk which I really don’t want to keep doin

I don’t like any fake meat. It’s often very processed and unhealthy. But occasionally I get sausages that dont try to be meat (when ordering vegan breakfasts in good restaurants/ cafes). Often home made with vegetables and potato. Can you buy these from the supermarkets/ online. Thanks in advance.

So I’m a binger. I can happily go long periods without alcohol and drugs but I can’t control myself once I start. “A few pints” can soon end up with the wheels coming off. Alcohol and cocaine are my doc. I need to keep going till I’m absolutely fucked. It feels great. Until the next day. Then I have to deal with the shame and suddenly I make the commitment once aging to fully abstain. But eventually I become so restless and Irritable. I’m super productive. Work is great and I’m running and working hard at the gym. I feel I need a sesh to calm down, relax. If not I’m just going to be constantly running around doing things. I can’t even sit down and watch a film or sleep in. I’m up early
