Upgrade and awaken Designer’s Reflections just for recolors?

Hey! So far, I haven’t had much reason to invest in more than one designer for each attribute. Once I’m done with chapter 5 hopefully tomorrow, I was wondering if it’s worth it to work towards upgrading and awakening less useful designers (like SR ones) in order to get the recolors? I can’t imagine doing that at the moment with my current resources which are fairly tight, but I don’t really know what else I could work on since the workshop is quite bare at the moment. Any insight would be great! :)

It’s worth it if you really want the pieces other than that it is not recommended to spend resources on SR reflections. The game in the future will mostly be about who has the most power and can optimise the power. Personally I would do it if I really wanted the recolour and I would ration some materials over some time for it. Other than that focus your resources on SSR and UR designers.

If you just want the recolors, you don't necessarily need to awaken the designers. After studying some suits yesterday, I noticed that you get the full recolored outfits right before you awaken the designers.

I like getting both of the artwork available for the designers, so I'm going to work on fully awakening them, but you don't have to if you don't want to.

Which suits don't need you to awaken them? All of mine that I checked required the reflection to be awakened before you could get the dress/top and bottom :0

Oh I didn’t realize! I just assumed you needed to awaken them to get the last piece. The artwork for awakened designers is stunning, but I don’t know if I would be able to get the echoes 😅

I would just do this after I manage to have 5 UR refle at max, like, if you are planning in playing for a long time xD if not just go for which you like most, although I have noticed that some recolored pieces are stronger than the original in score, so maybe you can search if some is good enough to invest in it

Yes I noticed that too! I have a couple recolored pieces and they score better than the originals. As you said, prioritizing UR reflections is probably more important right now since the recolors can always wait.
