EDIT: Jfc. Literally like an hour after I posted this I was emailed that I received the Levy scholarship at Penn. I’m trying not to freak out but mission failed

Hi guys! I would really appreciate some insight and opinions. I am currently deciding between UVA and Penn right now after having been pretty sure that I was going to commit to UVA for the past few months. Penn surprised me by reaching out to discuss financial aid and they offered a substantial increase for my scholarship, but I have to decide by this coming Monday.

Goals: Biglaw in Texas or Chicago, would also be willing to work in NYC. Money is an important factor but also willing to take on reasonable debt for the sake of prefer

AHHHHH I’m in disbelief

Applied in Dec, interviewed about 2-3 weeks ago. Honestly I didn’t feel like I did amazing on the interview, so I was a bit apprehensive but super grateful that they believed in me in the end 😭😭

I feel like I’m hallucinating. I didn’t expect this at all 😭😭 Does anyone know if the KD scholarship has an earlier deadline for seat deposits? I’m still freaking out so excuse me if I’m missing the obvious.

This was a happy surprise since I had seen around that they really like work experience, of which I have none of. I applied in mid December and missed the call, but they sent me an email since my voicemail isn’t working right now. Super excited!!

I’m still shaking. Got the call about 20 minutes ago when I thought they had stopped calling for the morning and was ready to be dejected since I hadn’t had a chance to check my status checker today.

I know that in a few days I’ll have to snap back into reality and anxiously wait for scholarship info to see if attending is even feasible, but for now I’m celebrating 🎉🎉

I was on LSD thinking that the Michigan WL wave was brutal, got the WL email in the middle of browsing, and got the A at USC while I was on the phone telling my mom about the Michigan WL. The last half hour was a rollercoaster LOL

So excited and emotional!! My first T14 acceptance. Throughout this whole process I’ve been feeling intense Imposter Syndrome and struggled to see the worth in my application besides the objective numbers, and now I can finally start to believe in the strength of my own application.

Slightly above both medians, KJD, nURM, nothing special for softs. Applied in mid December, interviewed yesterday, and got the call today.

I’m shocked because I didn’t apply in time for an alumni interview so I thought I was good as done, but super grateful for the A!!

For concepts, do you guys merge them, decompose them, or deepen them (even the R concepts)? I’ve been merging my extra R concepts but I don’t really know if that’s optimal compared to decomposing for crystals.

Are you guys saving Fantasy Tickets or just using them as you go? I’ve been saving for whenever they rotate in suits that aren’t in the permanent Sea of Fantasy, but I kinda feel like I’m falling behind by not getting more clothes/reflections T.T

Hey! So far, I haven’t had much reason to invest in more than one designer for each attribute. Once I’m done with chapter 5 hopefully tomorrow, I was wondering if it’s worth it to work towards upgrading and awakening less useful designers (like SR ones) in order to get the recolors? I can’t imagine doing that at the moment with my current resources which are fairly tight, but I don’t really know what else I could work on since the workshop is quite bare at the moment. Any insight would be great! :)

Hello! I know the drop rates for the rice dumplings make exact calculations difficult, but if I currently have 174 rice dumplings, do you think I have enough time/stamina to gather enough for both of the recolors of the dumpling suit before the event ends? I’ve already crafted the original green color and I know I have enough to craft another, but I’m not sure if I can get enough for the last recolor. If it’s a futile effort I’d rather just farm princess stages while there’s 2x drop rates and gold!

(for context, I still have 2 compensation mails unopened = 200 extra stamina, but my account is not FB bound so I don’t get stamina from sharing/friends)

I’m a pretty new player and I feel super conflicted about whether I should focus on getting through the story chapters first or spending stamina to craft some of the suits I really like. On one hand, stopping to craft suits I like is really fun and it’s nice to expand my wardrobe, which is a measly 6% right now. On the other hand, I feel like the sooner I get through story chapters, the sooner my options open up. Plus, they give diamonds too, which is always appreciated. I’m currently in the middle of chapter 10 for maiden and chapter 9 for princess, yet I’m already level 42 because I spent my first month or two without a clue on what I was doing :(
